Count usable positions
For a room with four seats per row, enter four as the width. With 14 participants the chart uses three full rows and two seats in row four. Identify the front of the room before announcing positions.
Make the chart
Paste the eligible names and choose Assign seats. Read the chart from row 1, seat 1. Use the CSV if your room diagram is in another application.
Account for access
Set aside seats needed for mobility, visibility or equipment before the draw. For an irregular room, use the exported row and seat labels as a sequence and map them to the usable desks.
