What to include in feedback
- Tool errors. Note the tool, the settings you used, the steps that triggered the issue and what you expected to happen.
- Import, save or restore problems. Include the file type, any error message and whether the problem happens in the same browser profile.
- Mobile compatibility. Note your device, browser and version, screen orientation and whether touch or fullscreen was involved.
- Content corrections or suggestions. Include the page address, the section and the change you suggest.
- General questions. Describe what you want to accomplish and which tool or page you tried.
Use fictional names when documenting a problem. Keep real rosters, JSON backups and screenshots containing personal information private.
