Using FLIPNIVA
FLIPNIVA provides browser-based tools for random picks, groups, order and seating. Use them for lawful classroom activities, meetings, workshops and similar planning. Use the site in a way that respects other people’s rights and does not interfere with its operation.
Lists and results
Enter or import information you are allowed to use. Check your school or organization’s rules before entering student names or other personal information. Use only the details you need and review who will be able to see your results and downloaded files.
Random outcomes depend on the entries and settings you choose. Verify that the list is accurate and that each entry is eligible. The tools cannot assess whether a group is suitable, enforce fixed seats or provide individual accommodations. Review assignments before using them in a classroom or event.
For raffles, prize draws or promotions, you are responsible for the event rules, eligibility, any permissions required by applicable law and how you document the result. Check those requirements separately before using a random result to award a prize.
Availability and local records
The tools use JavaScript, and saving lists and results requires browser storage. Fullscreen, sound and downloads may behave differently across devices and browser settings. Site features may change and access may be interrupted.
Keep a separate copy of results and lists you need. Saved data can be lost when you clear browser data or change browser profiles or devices. A JSON restore replaces the saved workspace. See the Privacy Policy for what backups and exports contain.
Site content and photographs
You may use the tools and share links to the site. Permission to use the tools does not grant permission to republish the site’s text or design. Check the rights that apply before reusing site material. Third-party photographs are subject to their source licenses, including the Pexels License and the Unsplash License.
