Enter the presenters
Paste one presenter or team per line. If partners present together, enter the team as one row. A list of eight teams produces eight positions.
Make and share the queue
Select Randomize order. Copy the order to the board or use Download CSV to share it. Announce the next speaker before the current presentation finishes.
Handle late arrivals
Agree on how late presenters will join before drawing. You can append them manually to the published queue, or reset and shuffle a revised roster when everyone agrees.
