Copy or export
In your spreadsheet, select the cells with names and leave out the header. Copy the selection, open Name Mode and paste it into the names field. Each new line becomes an entry.
Use a local file
Open Import TXT or CSV and choose your file. Use TXT for one name per line. For CSV, put names in the first column and select Skip first CSV row if it contains a header. Quoted names such as “Lee, Morgan” can contain commas.
Check and reuse
Review the populated field and remove blanks or unintended duplicate people. Save the reviewed roster under a useful title, such as Thursday workshop. Use Update selected after editing a saved list.
