Use Tab to focus Start rolling and activate it with Enter. The Stop and reveal control receives focus. Press Enter again to reveal the name.

Check the result
Check the visible focus outline before activating a control. With reduced motion enabled, the reel can still produce a result even if the cycling labels are suppressed.
